Is there a flaw with RiteTemp thermostats? - rite temp thermostat manual

I recently had installed a Rite Temp thermostat and for some reason, no matter how high I, the temperature at 62 degrees again! I can not count the time I came to a freezing house with my dogs thrown side slits.

I've tried resetting .. but nothing!

PS Now I'm freezing!
