What kind of Cristal/Dom Perignon should I buy? - dom perignon with leamap

I am looking for either buy a bottle of Cristal or Dom Perignon champagne and wonder what to search. Is there a particular year / flavor that is best in each of these two brands that? The price is not the problem ... only what you feel is the best of the best? I've heard is great '99 Cristal ... but I'm looking for other opinions. Please do not recommend to other brand B / C, open not say interested. Thank you!
